Daytime Recon, Nighttime Heist: 5-Member Gang Busted in Kakinada, Rs 51 Lakh Recovered
- •A five-member gang specializing in daytime reconnaissance and nighttime thefts of locked houses was arrested in Kakinada district.
- •Gang members identified as Valli Lakshman, Balli Ram Kumar, Vittanala Durgaprasad, Madhya Narendra, and Veera Simhachalam.
- •They targeted locked homes across Koringi, Peddapuram, Thimmapuram, Prathipadu, Pithapuram, U. Kothapalli, Gollaprolu, and Kirlampudi police station jurisdictions.
- •Police recovered property worth Rs. 51 lakhs, including 255 grams of gold, 1760 grams of silver, and 9 motorcycles.
- •District SP Bindu Madhav advised the public to inform the nearest police station when leaving homes and to install CCTV cameras.
