•331 jobs are 'ready' for land donors of the proposed Deocha Pachami coal industry in Birbhum.
•Five individuals have already received appointment letters; 326 more are expected to get good news by March 15.
•Anubrata Mandal, Chairman of the State Rural Development Board, announced the jobs, stating delay is due to police verification.
•Among the upcoming appointments, 216 will be in the health department, with the rest in other departments.
•Mandal emphasized expediting the process as elections will be announced soon, making further appointments impossible.
