Maharashtra Minister Demands Action After Namaz at Govt Office, Calls India a 'Hindu Rashtra'

Maharashtra Ports Development Minister Nitesh Rane demanded strict action after a video of Namaz at Malegaon Municipal Corporation went viral.
•
Rane stated, "This is a Hindu nation. No one is allowed to practice religion, preach, or carry out jihad in this way."
•
He criticized the act as "theatrics" and suggested those wanting to do so should go to an Islamic country.
•
Rane also called madrasas "breeding grounds for terrorists" and vowed to urge CM Devendra Fadnavis to shut them down.
•
He cited a viral video from Sawantwadi showing a clergy member allegedly beating a student, questioning the need for Islamic schools.
