The combined revenue potential from these acquisitions is estimated to be more than ₹1 lakh crore.

Lodha Developers acquired 11 land parcels with an estimated sales value of ₹58,800 crore.

Godrej Properties acquired nearly 20 land parcels, projecting ₹42,000 crore in housing project value.
