India Energy Stack to Pilot in 5 States by FY27 for Nationwide Rollout

•India Energy Stack (IES), a digital public infrastructure for the power sector, will pilot in five states by FY27.
•Nationwide rollout is planned after successful demonstration in FY 2026-27.
•Pilot implementation will occur in Delhi, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Mumbai.
•Rs 51.3 crore is allocated for IES development, with Rs 3.88 crore already released.
•IES aims to standardize, secure, and integrate the electricity value chain, addressing fragmented systems.
