Max Estates Targets Rs 3,000 Crore Revenue from New Noida Housing Project

•Max Estates Ltd expects Rs 3,000 crore revenue from its new housing project in Noida.
•The company has launched a residential community named ‘Estate 105’ in Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
•This project is part of a larger 10.33-acre planned development.
•The first phase of the project is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3,000 crore.
•Max Estates will develop 270 homes across two residential towers in ‘Estate 105’.
