Max Estates Ltd expects Rs 3,000 crore revenue from its new housing project in Noida.

The company has launched a residential community named ‘Estate 105’ in Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
•
This project is part of a larger 10.33-acre planned development.
•
The first phase of the project is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3,000 crore.
•
Max Estates will develop 270 homes across two residential towers in ‘Estate 105’.
