Over 1 Crore Public Grievances Received in 5 Years: Centre Informs Lok Sabha

Over 1.11 crore public grievances were received on CPGRAMS between 2021 and February 2026.

In 2025, the average disposal time for grievances was 15 days, with 82.1% resolved within 21 days.

DARPG regularly reviews grievance disposal performance and advises corrective measures for delays.

New guidelines in August 2024 reduced the redressal timeline to 21 days and mandated dedicated grievance cells.
