•Family of 36-year-old software engineer Omkar Prakash Joshi awarded Rs 2.14 crore compensation.
•Omkar died in a road accident on August 2, 2024, on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
•A speeding Tata Tigor EV crashed into his vehicle, causing the fatal accident.
•His wife Dhanashree and mother Pradnya Prakash Joshi received the cheque from Judge S B Agrawal.
•Omkar earned Rs 1.91 lakh monthly; Lok Adalat ensured a fast and inexpensive settlement.
