Karnataka Officer Dies by Suicide, Alleges Senior's Harassment in Video

•Mallikarjun, an Assistant Director in Karnataka's Social Welfare Department, died by suicide.
•He was found hanging at his office in Pavagada, just 10 days before retirement.
•In a selfie video, Mallikarjun accused Joint Director Krishnappa of harassment, driving him to suicide.
•Police registered a case of abetment of suicide against Krishnappa under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
•An inquiry initiated by Krishnappa against Mallikarjun reportedly impacted his pension and work-related matters.
