•This marks the first full day of commercial services after PM Modi inaugurated the complete 82-km Delhi-Meerut corridor and Meerut Metro link.

•Orderly queues formed at ticket counters, with staff assisting first-time riders and explaining safety protocols.
•PM Modi inaugurated the remaining sections: Sarai Kale Khan to New Ashok Nagar (Delhi) and Meerut South to Modipuram (UP).
