- •Minister Kamlesh Paswan stated MGNREGS is demand-driven, with wages directly credited to beneficiaries via DBT.
- •Sanctions for wage payments are issued daily through the Public Finance Management System (PFMS) based on state requests.
- •All admissible pending wage liabilities up to FY 2024-25 have been cleared, except for West Bengal; Rs 78,004.59 crore released in current FY.
