Fadnavis Announces Loan Waiver for All Banks; Incentives for Honest Farmers

•CM Devendra Fadnavis announced 'Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme'.
•Crop loans up to two lakh rupees will be waived, applicable to outstanding loans until September 30, 2025.
•Scheme covers loans from all types of banks: nationalized, district, cooperative, and credit societies.
•Farmers repaying loans on time will receive financial incentives up to 50,000 rupees.
•Government aims to provide loan waiver benefits directly to farmers before June 30.
