KTM AG Repays €450M Bajaj Auto Loan Early, Secures New €550M Refinancing

•KTM AG pre-paid its outstanding €450 million loan to Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIH BV), terminating the agreement on March 5, 2026.
•The loan, extended by a Bajaj Auto unit in May 2025, supported KTM AG's restructuring process.
•KTM AG secured a new €550 million unsecured refinancing loan from an international banking consortium, replacing the previous debt.
•This move completes KTM AG's refinancing plan, reducing reliance on intra-group funding and improving access to global capital markets.
•The company is undergoing broader restructuring, including job cuts and divestment of non-core assets like FELT Bicycles and MV Agusta stakes.
